National polls this far out, when people are not tuned into the race and focusing on the holidays don't mean much for predicting who will win the primaries. We still have plenty of primary left and as 2008 shows, it's still waaaayyyyy too early to crown a winner.

Iowa has voted RAT in the general election for numerous recent elections.
It is not a bell weather state. Everybody knows that.
Iowa worked pretty well for George W. Bush, Obama, and Carter. Trump’s problem is that he has a very weak ground game in the primary states. Iowa is the first domino to tumble for Cruz and could lead to major momentum for the rest of the primary, especially in South Carolina and the SEC were Cruz has the most impressive ground game in the race.
Not really, Iowa is a resource waster. Trump should finish in the top 3, that’s all that’s needed.
You can’t begin to compare the two so please stop.
