With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, “A republic, if you can keep it.â€
I actually can’t believe I’m writing this, but the following speech from freshman U.S. Senator Ben Sasse (R, Neb) is so thoughtful and inspiring, it should be required viewing for all American citizens.
To hear a U.S. Senator sound more like a statesman than a corrupt hack politician for sale to the highest bidder, is such a breath of fresh air I almost can’t believe it’s real. Rather than talking down to voters, he challenges them to become more enlightened, nonpartisan-thinkers with a sense of history. He challenges all of us to shake ourselves from an ignorant, fear-based stupor and reclaim the true genius and beauty at the heart of the American experiment.

This NOBLE man most fears a President Trump? WHO, has been campaigning against Obama’s executive orders, AND stating working with the congress and making deals is how the presidency is supposed to work?

The myth that Trump is some kind of fascist who seeks to end our democracy when in fact he’s a patriot seeking to fix it.
We live in interesting times. An honest man, who is noble and tells the truth, who’s risking his lif, his fortune, and his sacred honor is VILIFIED by a dishonest GOP controlled by GLOBALISTS both foreign and domestic.
This GOP asshole is speaking-out against the next President of the U.S. who is of the same party? Where’s the outrage? How much is Saudi Arabia paying him?
We need a revolution!
You don’t like Trump? Ok. Well how many other billionaire supermen are there, willing to stand up to this corrupt system?
Trump has 100s of millions of dollars in wealth in the Arab world, all of which are being threatened- he doesn’t care. He still tells the truth: we’ve got a problem with Islam.

The guy is a good speaker, and on our side.
However I don’t believe it is good for us as a democracy, for him to get involved in the presidential campaign right now. And he’s not actually, it seems as though he is being promoted simply because he has stood against Trump in the past.
Trump is a good guy, and we should let him run to fix things because nobody else is saying what he is saying.
Nobody.
Let Ben Sasse stand up once Trump is president.
