Baby Jesus, "Merry Christmas" Banner Removed From VA Hospital
By Todd Starnes December 21, 2015 A manger and a banner reading “Merry Christmas†were removed from a public area of a VA hospital in Texas after someone complained about “overly religious and offensive†decorations.
“They ruined our decorations,†Vietnam veteran Ethel Holloway told television station KENS. “They threw them out.â€
Holloway said she had been putting up decorations at the Audi Murphy VA Hospital for 33 years – without any problems. This year, her yuletide banner turned out to be problematic.
“They literally took pieces from the middle of a whole train set, because the middle said ‘Merry Christmas,’†helper Grace Martinez told the television station.
The South Texas Veterans Health Care System admits they removed not only Holloway’s “Merry Christmas†banner, but also a manger along with a “specific scripture decoration.â€
“During the removal of a manger and specific scripture decoration, a Merry Christmas decoration was accidentally removed and damaged,†read a statement from the VA to Fox News. “The remaining decorations were removed by the decoration donor and her representatives.â€
The VA hospital said they have offered to reimburse her for the damaged decorations.
“We acknowledge that the corrective action should have been to display the faith-specific holiday decoration along with multiple religious faith symbols,†the statement read. “We are currently ensuring that our staff are educated and aware of the national policy and how it relates to decorations throughout the facility.â€
So the VA destroys a brave veteran’s Christmas decorations – and their response is “oops – our bad�

One person is ‘offended’ and years of tradition evaporate? So, if I, as one person, am offended by a government school sanctioned gay observance, can I stop it?

Trump SHOULD stand at his podium- lean over the podium, point his finger directly In the camera, and say “I am putting ALL you PC twits on notice that as soon as I am elected president, ANYONE who cancels Christmas, ANYONE who denies someone their first amendment right, ANYONE who prevents people from praying WILL be dealt with severely! You have NO right to do what you are doing right now, and the only reason you are getting away with it is because we now have a president who is hostile to Christians- That IS going to STOP when I am elected president!”
it apparently doesn’t matter that the MAJORITY of people in the VA are offended that the twit who is offended brought down tradition- Nope- only the twit who is offended is important- not the majority-

Since it was a public area I would imagine that those of other faiths were able to have displays too.
Muslims slaughter people daily and the world welcomes them. The same world is so offended by a little baby being born that they are systematically removing traditions, music, Christian prayer, Christmas - anything about Jesus from the public square. The same world that rejoices fiercely in the right to abort babies. Hmm.
Seems downright evil, doesn’t it? Maybe they welcome muzzies because deep down, they’re so corrupt and warped and lacking a conscience that they can actually relate better with people who slaughter humans than they can with a God who would save them from themselves and each other.
A complete purge from the top on down. This is the devil’s doing -in the guise of the magic mulatto muslim.
A budget cut will be a good mechanism for the purge. 10% cut and ax everyone Obama hired or promoted. Need to bring back the military people he fired to clean house.
Obama has opened the door to executive orders. Trump will have a free hand.

Fire them and prohibit them from working in the fed gov again to start. Loss of pension, etc. depending on their violation.
Veterans have one more battle to fight.
Hold a vote from the veterans the hospital services to determine if the decorations stay or go.
They laid their lives on the line when America needed them, and they get this crap.
Now, kid, don’t you want a service career?
