By and large, the souls of Conservatives, being more at peace and in submission to God, tend toward truth, decency, lawfulness, sharing, and generosity while for progressives the opposite is true. This means that the disorder within their souls manifests itself in ugly, malicious, thoughts and speech; rebellion against higher truth, law, morality, etc.; compulsive need to dominate and control other people; projection of their own guilt onto "other," and acts of brutality whenever possible.

The Decalogue shows that the beginning of all of this evil is pride (preference for self over the Holy Trinity and neighbor). The will of the proud man is not in submission to the Trinity but self, thus having made an idol out of himself he assumes he possesses honor and rights. This is why pride leads to contempt for truth, prayer, law, wisdom, norms, authority, standards, rules, institutions and other people in combination with any or all of the following vices: pathological lying, treachery, murderous thoughts, gluttony, greed, covetousness, lust, hate, cheating, promiscuity, sadism, sodomy, pederasty, pedophilia, adultery, theft and the dehumanization of other people resulting in psychological and physical slavery, population control schemes, abortion, brutality, terror, mass-murder (genocide) and man-made famines as in Russia under Stalin.

If we are not willing to fight to win we lose. We have the opportunity with a candidate we havent seen since Reagen and their very own party is plotting against itself to defeat him. Makes you think they are not who we thought they were. just look what they voted on this week they gave the imposter everything he asked for and more.

“It is a fundamental principle of social philosophy, fixed and unchangeable, that one should not withdraw from individuals and commit to the community what they can accomplish by their own enterprise and industry. (Pope Pius XI, Quadragesimo anno, 79)

“By and large, the souls of Conservatives, being more at peace and in submission to God...”

Great post.

I wish a conservative candidate, anywhere, at any level, believed all this and could articulate it.
