From my understanding cops are issued a certain amount of ammo before going out on patrol. When they come back it’s inventoried. My question is did he have sixteen bullets missing? Then too, all that’s heard on the video is shots fired, no background noise, no yelling, nothing.
Hussein would be disappointed.
