Former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge said Wednesday that Donald Trump is an "embarrassment" to the Republican Party and the country.

At a Manchester, New Hampshire campaign event for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Ridge dismissed Trump as a serious presidential contender.

"I think Donald Trump is about celebrities, he's about publicity, he's not about bringing a serious mindset toward trying to address the wide range of security challenges in this country," he said.

Ridge, who supports Bush for president, said he would never vote for Trump.

Hey Tom, didn't you get a copy of the RNC "Loyalty Oath"? When your friends got the nomination, we had to vote for them to save the country from those mean, nasty Democrats. My, how the tables have turned.

Tom Ridge raised gasoline taxes and other taxes called ‘fees’ when he was the Republican governor of PA and he also jacked up pensions benefits for government employees by 25 percent setting the state on a pathway of ever higher skyrocketing costs for pensions.

Trump is simply speaking the truth.

Every day, Trump simply speaks the truth. Our politicians are all so plugged in to donors, they no longer even see that. And the media is too corrupt to report that.

Trump is our next President. For real.

I am truly becoming more and more concerned by how many Republican politicians I thought were Conservative but are, in fact, unAmerican.

Anyone else realising the same horrible thing?

The republican party abandoned conservatives a long time ago. It’s just this round they aren’t able to hide it.

Tom Ridge? Tom Ridge? Really?

CBS hasn’t quoted him in forever. But now that he is a celebrity again (cough) I am sure CBS will highlight his criticisms of Hillary and ubama whenever he says them.

Tom’s certainly the first person most of us would want to hear from when it comes to selecting a strong Conservative President.

Each time a loudmouth RINO shouts about either the Donald Trump or the Ted Cruz candidacy...it reinforces my support.
