Frankly, I’m a little sensitive right now. I was attacked by three Trump supporters because I prefer Cruz.

I have always defended Trump and will vote for him if he is the candidate.

They are trashing a conservative on a conservative forum. It is hard to believe and I am annoyed. Hence, the comment.

I don’t take it back but dang, why are they acting this way. It is weird.

There is a 247 post separate thread about this subject where Mr. Cruz was ridiculed. And Trump praised.
Just offering a little balance.
My pleasure.

Anyone from any Muslim country upon entering the country must first eat a whole BBQ pork sandwich and drink a glass of Kosher wine from Israel. Anyone who refuses should not be allowed in.

There is a difference between stopping immigration form Muslim countries and banning ALL Muslim visitors and tourists entering United States.

The U.S. Senate actually voted on Rand Paul's amendment last Thursday (December 3, 2015) that he attempted to attach to the repeal Obamacare bill.
Paul's amendment would place a "pause" on issuing visas to more than 30 countries that the senator said are "at a high risk for exporting terrorists."

It would also require that individuals from countries that participate in the Visa Waiver Program to either wait 30 days before coming to the United States or go through enhanced background and security checks, as well as requiring the government to perform additional screening on any admited refugees.

Senate rejects Paul's crackdown on refugees

Only 10 Senators voted in favor of the amendment.

Republican Senators: John Barrasso (Wyo.), Ted Cruz (Texas), Mike Enzi (Wyo.), Mark Kirk (Ill.), Mike Lee (Utah), Jerry Moran (Kan.), Jeff Sessions (Ala.), Richard Shelby (Ala.), David Vitter (La.) and Rand Paul (Ky.)

Of course, Marco Rubio voted against the amendment.

I feel your pain as I was attacked by cruz supporters. Here is my favorite.

“So why are you so stupid as to be attracted to this thread like a particularly stupid moth to a flame?

Nobody asked bottom feeding scum to comment yet here you Trump groin leeches are.”

Now THAT is being attacked !

You wan t to know what Calpublican is whining about? I posted that Cruz, though not condemning Trump for what he said today, used weasel words ( "that is not my position" ) to not support him with.

Okay, now compare what was posted to you and what Calpublican is is claiming is being "insulted" with. :-)

How can the Trump supporters claim that Donald Trump has “ Broad appeal “ even to Democrats ? And say Ted Cruz is to conservative to appeal to Democrats ? While yet ? At the same time cheer Trump on by making a hard right turn in his speech about Muslims ?

One interesting aspect of this who said something first rhubarb, is that in some instances Ted has said something first. Unfortunately I and many other people did hear about it until after Trump stated the same thing.

Then Ted or some of his supporters have to remind us that Ted said it first.

So in effect they’re saying, “Well, I said that too.”

So okay, in this instance it’s Ted saying, “I said that too.”

It still winds up being a knock-off M2T moment.

Ted can’t help it, but his voice is not heard as broadly as Trump’s voice is.

Cruz and Rand Paul can’t win within the Congress of the United States which is controlled by their party.
If they can’t win the place where they work how can they win in nation. They can’t and they wont
Trampas had more influence on national policy running for election as president then the rest of the already elected government officials who are running have done altogether

Trump has a VERY broad appeal; it's wide and deep.

That's all I've ever seen any Trump supporter claim.

Now they’re saying that Trump is more conservative than Cruz.

I think they’ve had a little too much Brawndo.

I like Ted Cruz and he is the only one I have sent money to.

If Trump gets his message out before anyone else then it is what it is.
