I really do not want to complain about the rain;
after all it's minor compared to ice and snow,

BTW Bo found a gopher on Monday out at the lake. had a pretty good last couple days.
A wintry mix outside my window with a couple of inches of snow falling overnight and freezing rain on the way, Oh Boy!
I not planning any major travelling for a couple of weeks so it looks like hunkering down time.
What's up your way? You doing any Christmas decorating? Have you got your retirement routine working?

Eek! a wintry mix. Do you have to go to work?
We’ve had rain for the last 3 or 4 days. Glad it isn’t a wintry mix, though.
I’ve done most of my decorating, but have to wait until we have dry weather to hang the outside lights. We only put one string around the porch where it’s easy to put up and take down.
My retirement routine so far seems to be: get out of bed at 5:30ish, get coffee, get on computer, and then try to get off by 9, which isn’t easy. LOL
My new DIL has requested if I would crochet booties for her; I had recently given all of my crocheting stuff to my sister since I didn’t have a lot of time for it, so I had to buy the yarn and purchase the pattern for the special type of booties. Then, young son decided while I was at it to request an afghan; luckily in the same colors she requested. So, guess what I’m currently adding to my routine. LOL. I hope to get back to writing starting in January when all holiday things are behind me.
I have the thread tomorrow night, so hope to see you more at that time.

Lynn-Dah, with her fluffy full length Chowbrador Fur Coat, doesn’t seem to mind. She especially loves the beach(closed and unkempt for the winter) with its cold smelly Boston Harbor Detritus.
