This is linked to the MU black protests in that the FIRST demand the students made, later dropped, was to restore MU's illegal use of taxpayer resources to keep abortions going at this nearby clinic through medical privileges for McNicholas, and keep promoting PP on campus.

Good to see the courts making sure that a woman’s right to have an abortion by an unlicensed and uncertified doctor is protected.

If you're a Lefty you can always find some activist judge to side with you. But where do all these activist judges come from? Gosh, who's appointing them? I'm sure this has nothing to do with those ''conservatives'' who, four and eight years ago said they would stay home since ''their guy'' did not get the nomination.

I'm sure such an thing won't happen again. Surely conservatives know the importance of judicial nominations. Surely.

Better link to the story.

Judge issued a TRO to retain the permit until a hearing could be held.

Yup, and part of the reason the White House supported the Mizzou revolt.

If only we can actually get some of those kinds of conservatives into higher public offices.

The sacrifice of the unborn to the god of government must never be limited. Progressivism is sick. The most important things to them are death, destruction, control, and power. How someone can hold up abortion as the most important thing in society is sickening.

Want to tee off a liberal? — tell them the only slightly positive thing about abortion is that it removes a ton of future democrats & liberals from the gene pool.

good to see the courts STILL getting involved in areas the Constitution didn’t go in to.
Many judges should be in prison.

Why do we give judges so much power. One judge overturns millions of votes. One judge overturns a whole state of gov. And citizens. Why aren’t these guys ignored . They don’t have the right to make law. And we know most are just biased Morans.
