Murdoch unloads on Kerry, Obama, the left (Must Read-He Gets It!)
Polltico ^ | November 30, 2015 | Blake Hounshell

Posted on 12/01/2015 5:52:20 AM PST by Chgogal

News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch, in a discursive speech Monday evening, blasted Secretary of State John Kerry and attacked the left for creating an "identity crisis" that he charged has undermined American strength and fostered terrorism around the world.

And he drew a connection between U.S. foreign policy and domestic culture, arguing that “in recent years, there has been far too much institutionalization of grievance and victimhood."

He is chasing away his own best customers. I assure you I used to be a (big) Fox News fan. Big time. For a number of years. Now I am gone. I don’t watch it. Ever.

Ditto. My cable box was set with Fox as the default when ever it was turned on. I changed it to CNN. I'd rather watch liberals than be lied too by FOX. Murdoch has an agenda of some sort... and it's not because he's just a good ole patriotic American.

I’ll bet you $100 Murdoch owns property somewhere in rural New York that has oil and gas reserves that can’t be produced because of the State ban on fracking.

A little digging:

James Murdoch is Rupert Murdoch’s youngest son.
James Murdoch is the CEO of 21st Century Fox

21st Century Fox owns Fox News
Fox News employs Megyn Kelly

James Murdoch’s wife, Kathryn, works for the Clinton Climate Initiative

- - -

You are correct to be angry at a Murdoch (James Murdoch)
But not at Rupert Murdoch

Blah Blah Blah...this is what Rupert says for public consumption. Behind the scenes he’s firmly in the NWO camp and fully supports the UN’s evil climate change agenda.

My guess is, they know they have angered a lot of us out here and RM is trying to play both sides a little more.

Tossing out a bone or two “ain’t” gonna cut it.

This isn’t only about Trump, for me.

EXACTLY!!

His ‘empire’ is a house of cards.

Sorry, but giving Murdock the time of day is a waste of time. Doesn’t matter what he says now, he’s finished.

This was nothing but a pimp piece for New World Order he wants for the Next POTUS to do....

Murdoch is the biggest POS that walks the earth along with George Soros and Warren Buffett...

The whole reason they want Jeb Bush in the White House so bad is because they will put NWO and no other reason.....

I read your tagline about Gov. Martinez. I happen to agree, and you’re the first evidence I’ve seen that even gives her the time of day. I hope Trump has vetted her already; I think she’d be awesome.
Some purists will die the death first. They will pull out quotes of her saying we have to help in the humanitarian crisis on the southern border.
Frankly, I don’t think she meant what purists think she meant. I can say that, because I am more of a purist on the issue than they are.
I’m sure all I’ve said makes perfect sense. I usually say way too much.
I mainly wanted to say, “Nice tagline!”

I watch Stuart Varney on Fox Business. He routinely skewers Obama and the left every morning and is pretty neutral on the Republican race as he has both pro and con supporters. BTW, Varney just became an American citizen and is pretty happy to be so.

Regarding Martinez as a VP candidate, it ain’t going to happen no matter who the Pub candidate is - she’s taken herself out of future consideration due to family concerns. I’d be willing to put my money where my mouth is if it happens with a nice donation to FR.

Thanks for this, and, having read through 110 or so posts, I also thank you for standing against the flying spittle of enraged people who think they are more pure than you are on the topic of Trump in particular.
I am convinced that Trump is the answer, and STILL find Murdoch’s newfound HIGHLY IDEOLOGICAL essay/speech to be extraordinary, especially given the source. I had soured on him to the point of writing him off as nothing more than an opportunistic charlatan. But one thing I’ve found in this decade is that squishy positions need not apply, even though some do try. Nowadays, it is ultimately all ideology, all the time; and there are only two ideologies, bottom-line: 1) communism (in all its guises), and 2) the US Constitution (original intent). Period.
And, whether he knows it or not, Murdoch just launched a big broadside against the former, and for the latter. For that, he got my attention.
So again, I thank you for posting this (I reposted it on facebook), and especially for inveighing on behalf of the reality of its import. Sorry about all that spittle. It can be that way when one-issue purists are engaged.

Hey, I didn’t say Martinez VP was going to happen. I just said I’d like it to.
That expresses my ideal world scenario.
I, too, live in the real world. That is the world where my wife tells me how things really are; and she don’t think Susanna will be nominated, either.
