An understandable concern but let me assuage your fears, at least as far as this issue is concerned: Trump didn’t say “All Muslims Worldwide Celebrated on 9/11”. He only said “Muslims Worldwide Celebrated on 9/11”. The latter statement doesn’t necessarily mean “all”. It’s just saying “Muslims Celebrated...” Not “All Muslims Celebrated...”
I’m just pointing this out since, as you said, we don’t want to give the MSM any ammo at all. They invent enough as it is. I’m not a Trump supporter (for full disclosure) I’m for Cruz first. Then Trump if Cruz fades. I think this is the reasonable position. But this is a Trump thread not a Cruz one.
So to conclude: he didn’t mis-speak and what he said wasn’t poorly worded. I have always said he is blunt, brash, and bombastic but I’m starting to actually believe he’s quite smart. He doesn’t say stupid things just inflammatory ones from time to time.
I am as sickened to my stomach now, as I was then at these mother***ers dancing in the streets, flitting their stupid tongues and throwing candy at the deaths of more than 3,000 people in the WTC.
Why we didn't nuke the entire middle f***ing east that day is beyond me.

The elevator ride (25MPH, the fastest in the world)has the historical timeline starting with the swamp land that was NYC.
It was fantastic.
When the screens rise after you see the initial visual presentation, showing the NYC panorama, it is breathtaking,and so very sad, thinking of all who were killed that day.

The media absolutely did NOT want to cover Muslims ANYWHERE celebrating, but in going after Trump's claim about "thousands" in America celebrating, they have opened up the can of worms that SOME celebrated here, and that MILLIONS worldwide celebrated.
Trump has now moved the Overton Window to which the media is forced to report that worldwide and even here Muslims celebrated. Mission accomplished.
It's the same thing with the "raping" illegals. Absolutely some of that was going on. In the attempt to disprove Trump, the media has had to admit his basic point. It was occurring.

Personally, I agree with Cuban. I'm not interested in Trump being "politically correct." I'm interested in knowing what he actually thinks, and in knowing whether or not he believes what he says. At least then I can determine whether or not I agree with him rather than trying to "un-spin" what he says, just like I'd have to do with the professional political elites.
The professional politicians, their enablers, handlers, advisors, liberal lamestream media and indeed anyone who votes for the professional political class can all kiss my ass. I really don't give a sh*t what any of them have to say after all the damage they've done to this country.
I’m sure if a black leader made a blanket “Whites ___________.” negative statement, they would be reprimanded like Trump is experiencing.
