Political hothead and Russian colonel Vladimir Zhirinovsky called for president Vladimir Putin to wipe out Turkish capital Istanbul, killing nine million people.

Turkey's decision to down a SU-24 fighter jet after it entered their aerospace was branded "stupid" by Zhirinovsky.

"A nuclear attack can destroy Istanbul very easily. Just one nuclear bomb in the Istanbul Strait will wash the city away," he told Moscow Speaking Radio.

Zhirinovsky has been wacko for a long time. He has wanted Russia to take the Middle East from long ago. Not that they weren’t actively involved there.

Now we have this idiot in Turkey.

Good gosh.

What happens when we have an inept president with no foreign policy strategy. Failure to plan ahead; drawing lines in the sand which vanish with a slight breeze; we are faced with a potential nuclear war. Odd that this all came about because of Obama’s skin color and PC voters.

Slavic people have hot tempers and have been known to plunge the world into war over relatively small things.

Exactly why I think this is either untrue or the General is foolish and uneducated in history.

(Especially as I read that the patriarchs had recently asked Putin to return Constantinople to their control. I will try to find the article and post it.)

They aren’t going to wipe out Turkey. They are just going to make them very very sorry.

If Putin did this, he would be doing Western Civilization and mankind as a whole a great service.

I hope they do fry them. Remember that soccer game in Turkey right after the Paris terror attacks? They asked the crowd to have a moments silence for the victims and instead they booed.

Unfortunately Americans are not far behind and whenever given a chance they try to prove it. Besides I think unleashing the dogs from hell is one of the last things they would consider, they are a little smarter than you may give them credit for.
