SAN FRANCISCO — You can tell who sponsors NASCAR drivers by the patches on their jumpsuits. So why not do the same for politicians?

That’s the idea behind California entrepreneur John Cox’s proposed 2016 ballot initiative, which would require state legislators to wear the logos of their top 10 campaign contributors on their clothing when they advocate for policies on the Senate or Assembly floor.

I like it, too. Though I would say Top 20-25, including names of private donors, if that is the case.

Watch for all sorts of fake-front “companies” to be created....

Why stop at contributors?

They and their families income and sources should be posted too!!


The only time someone ever gave me a paycheck, was when I was WORKING FOR THEM.

Trump should say that he’d back this idea and display up a business jacket with the logos of some known big-time contributors.

Then he should say something like “Look what I found in the Congressional Coatroom. I’ll get rid of these.”
