If they had a father that taught them right from wrong, that right and wrong are not simply relative terms, and that there are certain fundamental things that will always be right.
That women are not objects of exploitation and abuse, but can make you more than you ever could be by yourself and are worthy of respect, so should be treated as equals, and yes, protected.
So the point the author makes is somewhat correct, in that these values, this moral compass, is left to the State and Culture to install in these males. And we know how well the State and Culture will do that.
Good question, one that should be investigated. If they are here illegally, I wonder if that would be reported?
