TV networks can’t find common ground in dealing with Trump (Trump Wins)

We're still hearing the 'controversy' regarding whether Trump did in fact see Muslims dancing in the streets on 9/11.

The WaPost reported they were. Now the reporter says the story was inaccurate. I remember seeing accounts from local papers that said they were.

Going back to first principles, we know the reporting we receive is 'responsible' reporting...ie, selective. We saw video repeated on an endless loop of the towers being hit, then collapsing; after that, you couldn't find it. Too inflammatory.

So if it did in fact happen...would it have been reported? Would it have fit the narrative that 9/11 wasn't about Muslims? Would it have possibly fueled the "backlash" feared by the establishment?

So it's a pretty nifty loop...they don't report what doesn't fit the narrative. And now 15 years later, if they didn't report it, it didn't happen.

Even today...how much is reported in the European press that we wouldn't otherwise know?

So it comes down to your gut feeling...did it happen or not? And my gut says it did.

Let’s see, he has been accused of being a liar, hiring illegals, raping his ex-wife, sharing a woman with another guy, his wife has been accused of being a porn star. That he is a clown, that he “didn’t build it”, the list goes on.

I’ve missed all that except that they claimed that he’s not serious and going to drop out a zillion times.

However, I did not see the ABC interview of him and his wife. So maybe that is when he was called a rapist, and and his wife a porn star. The media are saying he “didn’t build it” now? I don’t know if I believe all your claims.

Honestly, I don’t know how the Palins got through it - probably only with the help from God.

Well, I think they kind of didn't make it through.

In retrospect, they weren't really prepared, and while they did the best they could, they staggered pretty hard.
