does anyone remember when I went to Turkey and never wanted to leave and fell in love with a guy that worked at some handmade rug store in Ürgüp and he was the most beautiful person I had ever seen in my life and we made eyes at each other for like 45 minutes while I was on some tour of his place of work and when I was leaving on a whim I went back and gave him this ring I had on and kissed him on his cheek and he held my hand for a second kind of intimately and then i got on my bus and drove away

i felt so dumb but it was actually a really nice moment in my life and i wonder if he remembers it and if he gave the ring to a girl (part of me kind of hopes he did)

and i’m sure no one remembers this because i didn’t know any of you then
