You keep posting this rhetoric on several threads. Put up or shut up seminar poster. Cruz is hands down the most conservative candidate to run for the presidency since 1984.
Post your evidence (and please nothing from farcebook).
Looking through his posting history, he was pro-Eric Cantor last year, and was pegged as a troll by more than one longtime Freeper.
Also defended Mitch McConnell (repeatedly and heatedly), John Cornyn, Romney...said that the left "feared" Chris Christie...so yeah, you get the idea.
I read it to be the opposite:
Cruz promoted economic liberty and fought government efforts to rig the marketplace in favor of special interests. Most notably, Cruz launched an initiative to study the government’s role in conspiring with established businesses to suppress e-commerce.
He is a GOP’er so any loser will do.
Don't feel bad LS. I had to read it twice to get the correct meaning from it.
No I didn’t. Read further down the thread.
Is Ted Cruz really a conservative? Does he call himself a conservative?
Yes, Senator Cruz is a conservative and yes he identifies publically as one, repeatedly and proudly. Next question.
It isn’t a question actually, but I am going to post this video from Ted’s own mouth where he says “if you’re really a conservative, you shouldn’t have to tell people.” It begins at around 5:40 in the video. So, is he saying he isn’t really a conservative because he is out telling people he is?

Political mumbo jumbo.
No doubt this portion of Senator Cruz's career is largely unknown. His record at the FTC is impressive, both in what he accomplished and the principles for which he stood.
Excellent argument....if your premise was that posting a screed without reading the article makes one look foolish. You accomplished that in spades.
Law firms give his campaign contributions, but are they Trial Lawyers? That is to, say, are they the tort plaintiff's attorneys who get large rewards, or just firms that do a variety of work in a variety of fields for different clients?
It is said that there's a discrepancy between lawyer Cruz who didn't see anything wrong with those big rewards to plaintiffs and politician Cruz who wants to limit them, but isn't it likely politician Cruz is the one who'd move into the White House if he gets elected?
Finally, is it really likely that a complete outsider -- somebody wholly unconnected to the financial system and the global economy could even get into the Senate? Maybe the wise thing to do is to assume that they are all hooked into the system and proceed from there.
“This article is simply showing that Cruz didnât believe in big companies using the government to shut down their competition (internet based startup companies). Cruz is no fraud. If anyone in this race is a fraud its the big time liberal who is now trying to run as a populist/borderline fascist.”
Indeed. There’s only one genuine conservative in the race, and that’s Cruz.
