We now have extremely few Public Servants, but many rulers.

Has it perished?

We’ll know sometime in the next year.

Sad, but true.

In a republic in which the people as a body are sovereign, and our elected representatives are supposed to be merely the ministers of the sovereign.

We'll know sometime in the next year.

If that is the deadline, we're probably dead. Because there is little indication that much will change for the better that soon, IMO.

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I am.

There are some small indications in that direction.

Every citizen that gets it right moves us one more step in the right direction.

Sure hope we can attain critical mass before it’s too late.

We are being ruled by federal judges.

We are being ruled by federal judges.

Only because the people and their representatives allow it.

They are appointed are they not by the regime in power? They are not voted in by the people.

And part of taking America Back constitutes passing laws forcing TERM LIMITS. We must put an end to PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS and return the government to the control of people with common sense and patriotism, not those looking for a lifetime feeding trough at the public expense.

One of the principles of the founding, and in fact of western civilization itself, is that a court opinion or law that violates the laws of nature and nature’s God or the Constitution is itself NULL AND VOID.

And so, the point is that our representatives should tell usurping judges to go to hell, and then ignore them and their unrighteous, illegitimate decrees.

No matter who appointed the judges in the first place. That doesn’t matter.

We lost the Republic on Usurpation Day, Jan. 20, 2009

Both parties conspired to allow an ineligible man to be sworn into office.

They both wanted to run ineligible candidates.
The natural born citizen clause was put there by the founders for our protection.
We failed to uphold that part of the Constitution, so we have lost it all.

That one has been long gone.

It ain't over as long as we're drawing breath.

We the People remain far more powerful than the usurpers, if we will only realize it and put that power into action.

We already have term limits in our hands.
We proved that last year when we threw the weasel Eric Cantor out on his butt, even though he was the sitting Majority Leader.

If more districts Cantorized their weasels we could get back to a Constitutional government.

All it takes is the courage to Cantorize your weasel.

and that government OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE, shall not perish from the earth

Those words represent the height of hypocrisy coming from disHonest Abe.

The time is coming when you're going to have to draw more than a breath if you want to keep your freedom. You're going to have to draw a bead.
