This girl first needs to change schools. This one is too far gone to be reasonable or fair. Then she needs a good lawyer to sue that college for aiding and abetting a hostile learning environment, where she felt in physical danger.
She should point out how little support she recieved from her instructors or the school administration. She first needs to leave that place, as she is no longer safe there.
Once that is done, the same laywer can put a ‘wrongful termination’ suit together for her former (weakling) employer.
Disgraceful. Is there no one person in authority who will stand up to the hooligans?
