Where are you going to drop them? ISIS has no towns hell they don’t even have a country. Theirs is a guerilla war running from town to town and hiding behind civilians. They escape by hiding among civilians and then turn around and hit you again. They are like coyotes.

Take several thousand hard core terrorist and completely erase all memories, not vegetables, erase their training to islam.
Then in a controlled environment flip them to christianity.
