If the United States is hit by terrorism it will forever tarnish President Barack Obama's legacy, says Fox News host Bill O'Reilly.
Obama is "arrogant," O'Reilly said Wednesday on his program "The O'Reilly Factor," and doesn't think the rising threat of terrorism rises to the level of crisis.
"It's the way he believes," O'Reilly said, adding that Obama is a "passive president" who believes progress is being made.
"We get hit, we get hit, he goes down as the worst president in U.S. history, no doubt," O'Reilly

Bill Oreilly is spreading misinformation. He let some Kennedy woman say 3 times UNCHALLENGED how well the UN, State Department are vetting the Syrian refugees, when the FBI director has already said there is no Syrian terrorist database, no intel. there is NO vetting taking place. Oreilly was more interested in talking about what he was doing regarding the Clinton foundation than making sure his program was airing accurate information.

At best, the problem is that Obama is JV and ISIS is not. More likely, Obama is the leader or at least a big fan of the varsity/pro ISIS terrorists.
I really don’t think Obama is so smart. We’ve never seen his grades from school. And at least Carter had a real job at some point, BO hasn’t had a real job since he worked in Baskin Robbins as a teenager.
Obama’s last year and he is letting his hair down, so to speak. Why should he bother with even the semblance of pretense anymore?
