Earlier this week, CNNâs senior White House correspondent Jim Acosta asked President Obama the following question at a press briefing:
"A lot of Americans have this frustration that they see the United States has the greatest military in the world, it has the backing of nearly every other country in the world when it comes to taking on ISIS. I guess the question is, and if you'll forgive the language, but why can't we take out these bastards?"
Well Jim, the answer is quite simple and indeed, if you - or any other member of the mainstream media for that matter - would bother to look at things like the declassified Pentagon report that Judicial Watch turned up earlier this year, youâd be less confused.
Allow us, once again, to provide you with the answers you seek, straight from the Pentagon ca. 2012:
...there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime, which is considered the strategic depth of the Shia expansion (Iraq and Iran).â
Translation: if Sunni extremists were to establish a proto-state in eastern Syria that would be great because it would destabilize Assad and cut off Iran from Hezbollah thus endangering the preservation of Tehranâs Shiite crescent.

"Despite announcing ambitious plans for its coalition against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), the analysis of those [US-led] airstrikes during over a year lead to conclusion that they were hitting selectively, I would say, sparingly and on most occasions didnât touch those IS units, which were capable of seriously challenging the Syrian army."
âApparently, itâs a kind of a âhoney is sweet, but the bee stingsâ situation: they want IS to weaken Assad as soon as possible to make him leave somehow, but at the same time they donât want to overly strengthen IS, which may then seize power."
"The US stance seriously weakens the prospects of Syria to remain a secular state, where the rights of all ethnic and religious groups will be provided and guaranteed,â
"Russiaâs assessment of the US-led anti-terror operation in Syria is based on observations of specific results and there are little results, not to say there are none â except the fact that during this period [since August 2014] the Islamic State has grown on the territories they control.â
Did you know that the Russians are Christians now? Did you know that they do not tolerate homosexuality by male or female. Do you know that they are killing isis and will kill the all and let god sort them out? I love these guys.
It’s been said before, but Russians love their children too ...

The 12NOV15 isis attack on Hezbollah in Beirut is not lost on us.
It is strange but from what I see, Russia and Syria are the only countries which protect Mideastern Christians. Hard to believe but fact are facts.
Bkmrk.
Obama is a disaster for this country.
So we have Russia exposing Obama as enabling and creating ISIS, and continuing to provide weapons and resupply to fight Russia and Syria. Now we have the French and the Russians bombing the US creation and Obama is mightily frustrated that his plans for a caliphate have hit a bump in the road.
You are so right. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS CHRISTIAN NATION?? I will now tell you. PROFESSIONAL CHRISTIANS ( institutional “churches”) sold out to political correctness” in order to make more money IN THE NAME IF JESUS!!
JESUS IN LORD!!
Obama and Putin were walking around out in the country enjoying the scenery and the mild fall weather.
On the trail they came across a sheep.
When the sheep tried to get away it got its head caught in the fence next to the trail and was stuck.
Putin smiled, walked behind the sheep and dropped his drawers and had his way with it.
When Putin was done he turned to Obama and said, “Go ahead it’s your turn!”
Obama eagerly walked over and stuck his head in the fence.
That’s our leader....
LoL!
U so bad :-)
Interesting stats:
s of Nov. 17th:
Over these 48 days, the Russian aviation group has made 2,289 sorties and delivered 4,111 missile strikes on the terroristsâ main infrastructure facilities, munitions depots and manpower locations.
http://en.kremlin.ru/events/president/news/50714
and for the mathematically challenged:
2289/48 = 47.7 sorties per day
4111/48 = 85.6 missile strikes per day
4111/2289 = 1.8 missile strikes per sortie
They are doing this with a minimal-sized airgroup, as well. The Aviation world seems to be especially impressed by how many sorties the SU-34’s appear to be doing on a daily basis, without a major maintenance break.
not so sure on the money angle. What I know is that the anti-US, anti-God revolutionaries of the 60’s infiltrated and pretty much took over the government, universities, media and churches, and transformed them all into socialist style institutions.
Unfortunately, Salafism is spiritually violent and exhorts violence. al-Qaradawi has fatwas out authorizing Wahabbi and Sunni Islam to MERGE with Salafism.
This has made the Wahabbis and Sunnis extremely dangerous, in the same way that 12er Shi’ites are.
They will kill ISIS only if they threaten Assad.
In the interim they will exploit them, just as Iran is doing...
Did I forget to mention that Putin is allied with Iran.
Don’t get caught up in the Shiite/Sunni stuff while a geopolitical chess game is being played against NATO and a feckless US president.
That’s because the political establishment and media in the US are neither moral, ethical or Judeo/Christian. The Clinton’s are the perfect example of the establishment. Money, power and influence are all that matter, by any means possible. Wake up, people.
Because his orders are to stand aside and let the Russians do it. This way, when they're done, they could move in and basically take control of the Middle East. This in addition to their retaking Eastern Europe. Obama, like KGB Putin, and the FR Putinistas, badly misses the Soviet Union.
