Depends on what he/she charges for a FFL transfer fee.
The ATF started harassing kitchen table dealers out of business about 15 years ago. Makes me question their quoted number of shops.
I’m sure there are quite a few in Chicago, Philly, DC and other cities that I don’t want to be anywhere close to (and are not legal).
In Alabama, Texas, Montana, and a lot of other places I’d rent a room in my house real cheap to anyone who wants to run a legal gun shop.
