Governor Robert Bentley on Sunday announced he is refusing Syrian refugees relocating to Alabama.
"After full consideration of this weekend's attacks of terror on innocent citizens in Paris, I will oppose any attempt to relocate Syrian refugees to Alabama through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. As your Governor, I will not stand complicit to a policy that places the citizens of Alabama in harm's way," Governor Robert Bentley said.

My guess is that these governors figured out ,in a cold sweat, they they can’t breath at the end of a rope. Just a wild guess.
It sure is nice to see an elected official put the SAFETY of his state first. That is, after all, the primary duty of any governor.
But what does that mean, to “refuse” Syrian refugees? The article is not clear. Will Gov. Bentley call out the National Guard? Will he order the State Police block the harbors and airports? Or will he just refuse to cooperate, and so the Fed’s will just go around him?

He’ll be off the hook when MN Gov. Psychosis offers to take in any and all refugees from Syria and any other country that he can think of.
The feds support them for 90 days, then they apply for regular benefits. Maybe the state can refuse services?

He is my governor too. Even RINOS like Bentley and romney know this is nuts to take in these Syrians.
Saint John will take in every refugee Obama wants him to take in.
Taking care of them with our money makes him feel so good about himself.
So Mississippi takes them and they relocate to Alabama. What is needed is for the U.S. to stop taking them. What is wrong with our Country. It is insanity.

Calling my Gov. would be a gigantic waste of time. And I might be investigated for doing so.
Jindal probably knows that Bently is blowing in the wind, and it will happen with or without his “permission”.
