I’ll have to check into seeing how things work in AZ as far as what party one is registered to such as can an Indy vote in the republican primaries.

The SC’s role is to uphold/clarify laws that congress create. So, if they would say Illegal Aliens could stay because they didn’t break the US Laws would be an impeachable offense. Now, whether that would happen is a different story
