Bobby Jindal demands more information on Syrian refugees placed in Louisiana
Washington Times ^ | 11/14/15 | Seth McLaughlin

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal demanded Saturday that the Obama administration keep him informed on the Syrian refugees that are being placed in his home state, saying he is erring on the side of caution following the terrorist attacks in Paris.

Mr. Jindal, a 2016 GOP presidential candidate, sent a letter to President Obama urging him to “pause” the entire relocation effort until more is known about the attacks that left more than 120 people dead. He also questioned the level of screening the refugees are undergoing and whether they will be monitored moving forward — pointing out that one of the attackers reportedly was a Syrian refugee.

“As Americans, we embolden freedom and opportunity to the rest of the world, but by opening up our borders and refusing to collaborate or share information with states, you are threatening that reality,” Mr. Jindal wrote.

From what I understand, the mayors of these cities requested the so-called refugees be placed in their cities. My guess is that these cities are receiving some kind of compensation for taking in these possible terrorists.

Perhaps the Governor should find out what the Mayor of New Orleans is getting from the feds.

He should drop out and endorse Ted Cruz.

CRUZ: We Need to Address the Cause of the Migrant Crisis

In terms of settling the migrants, if the ultimate goal is to return them to their homes, which I believe it should be, it doesn't make sense from a logistical or a security standpoint to move large numbers of them to far-off countries like the United States.

Call up the state guard and meet the ship at the port or the planes at the airport. Refuse to allow them past customs.

Start a GoFundME site to pay for return flights

"Call up the state guard and meet the ship at the port or the planes at the airport. Refuse to allow them past customs."

Spot on. That is what is needed; letters, petitions, Congressional hearings, etc. are all useless. Obama will ignore them all and rush more Islamist invaders into the US and spread them across the country. The invasion force needs to be interdicted and stopped now. By the end of Obama's second term, how many hundreds of thousands of Islamist radicals will have been placed among us? Today is not too soon for states to resist by whatever means necessary.

Obama is going to turn the whole country into Detroit.

(Dearbornistan and Hamtramckistan)

Take a look at Minneapolis, you would think you landed in Somalia.

Obama and Rick Snyder (Gov. of Michigan) are insane.

it only took 19 Muslims to topple 2 towers and kill 3,000 people and 10,000 are inbound. Refuse entry and send them to Dubai where they can easily afford to light cigarettes with $100 bills. They can handle them.

“......the mayors of these cities requested the so-called refugees be placed in their cities.”........

If that is true, the mayors should all be re-called and replaced by true Americans. You cannot buy patriotism.

We've got this lunatic mayor in Dayton Ohio, Nan Whaley who has asked Obama to send them here. She also asked Obama to send the illegal children here.

Call up the LOUISIANA state guard, meet the refugee ships
or the planes at the airport. Refuse to allow them past customs.

GOOD START BUT NEEDS A MORE SOLID RESPONSE
TAX-PAYING AMERICANS NEED TO GO THIS ROUTE

To effectively nail self-serving corrupt govt officials imperiling taxpayers and undermining US ntl security, employ RICO laws against corrupt govt officials and so-called charities and NGOs that engage in facilitating the flow of illegal aliens into the US. Laws compromised include:

<><>Conspiracy to undermine federal law.

<><> 9th amendment WRT the facilitating of illegal aliens into US communities.

===============================================

BACKSTORY The 1980 Georgia General Assembly was concerned about the increasing sophistication of various criminal elements on the public payroll (including those in elective and appointive office). The GA Assembly then adopted the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), patterned after a similar federal law.

(RICO is routinely used to try to prove that a legal business was being used for illegal means, and, in at its inception, RICO was used to prosecute drug traffickers or organized crime members).

In recent years prosecutors have applied RICO to crooked government officials: (1) those accused of using their public offices for personal gain, and, (2) tax-paid officials of govt agencies using public monies to flout the law.

To bring a case under Georgias RICO law, there must be at least two underlying felonies such as fraud, bribery, witness tampering (among other felonies).

RICO allows prosecutors to include multiple defendants charged with various crimes in the blanket indictment, and to charge that govt employees, publicly funded and publicly sanctioned entities were allegedly part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.

EXAMPLE A govt official commits two felonies by (1) accepting, and, (2) filing falsified documents.

==============================================

HERE'S THE PATHWAY TO LAUNCH---Texas took the lead w/ 26 state AGs, successfully arguing that Obama's beatified DACA/DAPA's were made more desirable employees than US citizens.

==============================================

Any public official using tax dollars to flout that law is a lawbreaker: in cases where govt officials on the public payroll not giving public notice is a violation at the federal level of the 1946 Administrative Procedure Act, which requires notice in the Federal Register. Laws demand that taxpayers have the opportunity to submit views in writing.

===============================================

NOTE If proof is established that RICOed criminal public officials impaired the commercial and economic activity of the region, that could also be prosecutable under the Hobbs Act.

NOT WELL: Several states already have RICO laws---taxpayers need to make sure to update older laws and enacy new laws that ARE DIRECTLY AIMED AT INDIVIDUALS ON THE PUBLIC PAYROll.

=========================================

UPDATE Georgias RICO law recently tried and convicted 27 corrupt school personnel who are now in jail.

Any way you look at it we the people are going to need to get engaged, hit the streets at every county, state, and federal gov’t complexes and do so most aggressively, Trump is right when he says we are losing everywhere and every way, but he is wrong when he says he can fix it, we can’t wait for a an election process that has been corrupted for decades we need to stop this shite NOW, we are the only ones who can fix it.

If babies in our communist schools can throw a fit and get attention, we the people can do it, do it right and assert righteous anger, no compromise we are in charge we are responsible to protect, defend and preserve our Constitutional Free Republic.
