There is a lot of blame to go around but I doubt we will see any of them “swing” for their crimes. One concern is that we may not have another election. Obama (like Satan in the Bible) knows his time is short so he’s going to do as much damage as he can or he may be scheming how to stay for a 3rd term.

Yeah, I must admit Putin is a mixed bag, but there’s not much we can do about Iran until we get a new president. In the meantime, I hope ISIS bates him, because it will help in the interim if Putin goes to work on ISIS.
