“Speculation has been rife for some time now that Russian forces have been plotting a ground invasion to retake the former satellite states of the Soviet Union, and eventually capturing the European capitals.”

I love morning spam.

LOL, ok, I thought it was Zorin, in a blimp orchestrating it all. But actually you say it was the Russians had us start a civil war, in Libya and Syria, to flood Europe with moslems. All, so that the Russians can quickly reassemble the USSR armored forces, to capture the Czech republic, and all the European capitols.

Where’s James Bond when you need him!?
Look, we all miss the cold war, but dude,,,, you need to let go of the Strangelove thing.

Ukraine PM: Putin Wants To Rebuild Soviet Union

Sam Frizell
April 19, 2014

Ukraine's interim prime minister said in an interview that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants nothing less than the restoration of the Soviet Union.

Ukrainian interim Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk claimed Saturday that Russian President Vladimir Putin is trying to restore the Soviet Union, as pro-Kremlin separatists occupying government buildings in several eastern Ukrainian cities continued to defy an agreement to deescalate the crisis.

"President Putin has a dream to restore the Soviet Union," said Yatsenyuk. "And every day, he goes further and further. And God knows where is the final destination."

In an interview to be aired Sunday on NBC's Meet the Press, Yatsenyuk pointed to President Putin's influence in Ukraine, where Russia's geopolitical interests appear to have contributed to mass unrest. Russia annexed the Ukrainian region of Crimea in March, after Ukraine deposed its pro-Kremlin President Viktor Yanukovych. Tens of thousands of Russian troops remain amassed on the border, emboldening separatist groups who have taken over government buildings in the eastern cities of Ukraine.

Yatsenyuk highlighted Putin's supposed nostalgia for the Soviet Union, citing Putin's proclamation in 2005 that the collapse of the Soviet Union was the "greatest geopolitical catastrophe" of the 20th century. ..."

"the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the [20th] century" -Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the collapse of the Soviet Union...

"World democratic opinion has yet to realize the alarming implications of President Vladimir Putin's State of the Union speech on April 25, 2005, in which he said that the collapse of the Soviet Union represented the 'greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century.'..."

"The more I see and read about Mr. Putin, in power since 1999, and his 'managed democracy,' the more apprehensive I become about the future of Russia and the safety of its neighbors.

If Putin believes that the dissolution of the Soviet Union into 15 independent states represents the 'greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century,' then it follows that Putin might well believe he should do something to repair the loss..."

Attacks like the one in Paris tend to focus the mind — tangential arguments from the Leftists favoring “open borders” and the advantages of “multi-culturalism” and “tolerance” all tend to melt. And we’re left with the stark, pure truth of the matter. Islam is a barbaric creed that can’t coexist with other cultures.

Whenever people point out that current trends are likely to lead directly to trouble, liberals dismiss them as paranoid conspiracy theorists. You don’t have to be paranoid to realize that letting in large numbers of people from highly unstable, violent regions where wars are fought between factions of adherents to a religion that promotes death to unbelievers is asking for trouble. Those jihadists aren’t suddenly going to embrace peace and love because they entered a mostly Christian country where they see everyone as an infidel.

As of Saturday afternoon, it remained unclear whether the attacks were perpetrated by homegrown terrorists or people who entered France from abroad

Maybe this was written before finding the Syrian & Egyptian passports of the bombers. Still does it really matter where the heck they came from, the important point is that they are MUSLIM. It's the common theme. Muslim from wherever wants to kill anyone not Muslim from wherever. Geez the pretzel twists people go through to avoid the obvious.

Yushchenko, hero of Ukraine's Orange Revolution warns Europe that Putin won't stop at Crimea

by Matthew Schofield - McClatchy Foreign Staff
March 27, 2014

Many Ukrainians believe you need look no further than the face of Viktor Yushchenko to understand Russia's aggression against Ukraine.

Once smooth and ruggedly handsome, it still bears the scars from an assassination attempt when someone slipped dioxin into Yushchenko’s food. ..."

Russia sure has a lot of unhired help in Brussels as well.

There’s going to be a lot of blood spilled in Europe.

Unfortunately it will take a worse tragedy before Europe does anything to save itself.

France may send troops to fight ISIS, but neither they or Germany, or Italy, or Britian will end Muslim immigration and deport all deportable Muslim aliens. Instead they’ll double down on the repression and prosecution of those who dare speak critically about the Religion of Peace.
