Obama's wanton lawlessness, criminal incompetence, willful neglect, refusal to enforce the law, refusal to secure the borders, refusal to even recognize the obvious enemy, refusal to take Islamic terrorism seriously, etc, leaves us wide open to terrorist attack. Our borders and nation must be secured! All Islamics here on temporary visas must be rounded up and deported now! Recent Islamic immigrants should be suspect. Obama's treasonous policies are inviting ISIS to attack us!!

I think that nearly all FReepers have been in favor of impeaching that Kenyan fraud for a long, long time. The late Senator Joe McCarthy tried to warn us about "the enemy within" but the Communists and the anti-America hating left managed to drown out his warnings and turned his name into a slur against patriots of all stripes.

That train however, left the station a long time ago.

At this late stage now, while it remains likely that an honest Republican House member could still be found who was willing to introduce Articles of Impeachment, does anyone really think House Speaker Paul Ryan is going to allow it to go forward? For that matter, even IF the House voted to impeach, is anyone counting on 'Senate Majority Leader' Mitch McConnell to convene a trial?

The Vichy Republicans and their 'RAT co-conspirators across the aisle are nothing but a rubber stamp for this lawless, Obamunist regime, they are corrupted and compromised with only a few exceptions, and we all know it.

If the ballot box fails to deliver either President-elect Cruz or President-elect Trump next year, we all better be sure that last box is fully stocked.

Is this feasible?

As with any legislation, the proposed measure would require passage by the House, followed by passage by the Senate, and then the signature of the occupant of the White House.

Considering that Paul Ryan is considered real friendly with Obama, and that Mitch McConnell dances to Harry Reid's jig despite his title, and the Kenyan fraud is more inclined to pardon and provide early release to drug offenders, the answer to your last question (Is this feasible?) is unfortunately a big resounding NO.

Agree. Have been preaching impeach since late 2010. We can still do it now, even if it is just symbolic, there being no time to get it done. We should do it, but the mutant turtles in DC are probably trying to think up excuses and rationalizations right now.

Just shows the need to support FR and Cruz all the more - Cruz has already called to stop the "Syrian "refugees" from coming in because of the potential that ISIS infiltrated - he and Trump are sure to leverage this to wipe out Rubio and Bush and show a solid reason why the Dems need to be expunged from leadership roles.

So, high crimes and misdemeanors...the constitution subscribes impeachment for certain misdemeanors as well as high crimes.

Obama, both Clinton's have broken the law with impunity. Officials with the IRS have broken multiple election codes and have attacked Americans for political purposes...Nothing! There is no rule of law.
