Terrorists wielding AK-47s and hurling explosives executed at least 118 people inside a Paris concert hall late Friday night, in a massacre that followed coordinated attacks that killed at least 40 more people, rocking the French capital -- prompting President Francois Hollande to close the entire nation's borders and order a state of emergency.
The carnage inside the music venue ended around midnight local time when French police stormed inside, killing three Kalashnikov-toting gunmen who witnesses said wore flak jackets as they slaughtered horrified spectators. Update from this morning’s news, death toll revised downward to 128. I popped awake at 2 AM, heard that a few minutes later. Expect it to rise a little if people in hospitals don’t survive.
Also, medical professionals were showing up at hospitals “of their own accord” was also announced. That is just incredible. Same as on 9-11, firefighters and medical people were just showing up. Gotta respect those folks...I say free everything for life. No way you can pay people like that enough.
