Could someone explain to this racist what the significance of cotton balls is? Perhaps it pertains to aspirin tablets. Such as: They're white. They work. To get to them, you have to pick cotton.

Great answers and thanks for the replies, but what is the significance
to them? What symbolism is being thrown down that so offends them when they see a cotton ball on the ground? Do they behave the same when they see tampons?
Or is it all BS?
