Ben Carson faced some combative reporters during a press conference in Florida tonight about the various issues in his background that have been raised this week.
He dismissed Politico's report about him not being formally offered a West Point scholarship, simply insisting it was relayed to him that he could get one with the kind of accomplishments in his background.
He declared, "There is a desperation on behalf of some to try to find a way to tarnish me... Next week it'll be my kindergarten teacher who said I peed in my pants."

I feel sorry for Carson. He’s learning what happens to an African-American that wanders off the plantation and begins getting uppity. At first, he was amusing, but lately he’s become a threat.

Point out their obvious bias! Maybe some mush heads will wake up and see the truth.
Carson is in no way my candidate, but he handled that presser with great dignity. Where on earth does anyone hear him blow up? He may have asked the question more forcefully and insisted on not being interrupted but he never appeared hostile or blew up. Very few people could have handled those rude reporters with as much calm.
Don’t worry, Doc, your memory is fine; none of us remember it either.
