Defining the 10th Amendment
The 10th Amendment is the final amendment in the United States’ Constitution’s original Bill of Rights. It was added to assure delegates from the various states that the Federal Government would not step outside the boundaries established in the Constitution. The amendment reads:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
The Supreme Court has declared that the 10th Amendment is a truism. This means that the amendment doesn’t really add anything new to the Constitution. It was just put in place to emphasize that the Federal Government has jurisdiction over some things, and state governments have jurisdiction over other things.
In the United States, some powers belong to state governments and other powers belong to the Federal Government. We call this a federal system. But which powers go to which government? The 10th Amendment essentially explains this federal system. It says that anything that was not given to the Federal Government and not banned by the Constitution is a power of the states.
It’s a Pat world.
DANG!
Tough call.
Lose the money from the Feds, or lose the money in a lawsuit the first time the male even looks a a girl in the locker room.
So this boy who identifies as a girl feels uncomfortable dressing, showering around boys and must be allowed this concession so as to avoid “her” feelings of awkwardness...BUT actual girls feeling uncomfortable dressing, showering around an anatomic male - well THEIR feelings don’t matter?
It would seem that the he/she would have empathy with the feelings that the girls would be dealing with since they are similar to the ones he/she is so uncomfortable with that it becomes a federal issue. Selfish much?
I wonder what else we can identify as? Could someone identify as an older person and collect Social Security at age 30 maybe? If in such things as sex and race you are what you say you are and not what reality says, why not age as well? Everybody should start suing for EVERYTHING until the system is just dizzy because there is nothing too foolish to propose.
Of course, no one ever looks over or under the stalls and all doors are properly maintained so they stay closed. And there is invisible soundproofing around each stall so there is to crackling of paper or tinkles or zippers.
This is child abuse. Parents, get your kids out of these schools yesterday.
One or more of the girls and their families at the school needs to sue the federal government for being placed in an uncomfortable, oppressive sexual environment!

How does the court justify covering transexuals under Title IX?
If ONE candidate decides to jump on this and show how ridiculous it is they would be the next president.
I have a friend who teaches in middle school. Students today usually don’t change out of their underwear to PE undergarments or shower after PE class—it’s Axe body spray and that’s it.
By the last period of the day, the building reeks eye watering bad—teaching in a classroom has its challenges.
