I get all my health care through the VA and the quality of care is outstanding.
The VA definitely is not perfect but overall it does a pretty good job for most Veterans at a reasonable cost.
This plan sounds good but I really cant see how the American taxpayer will agree to pay for it. In general the Veteran population is older and sicker than those currently on Medicare and Medicare is projected to go broke in a few years.
How will this really help Veterans if Trump has not also laid out the tax increases that will eventually be necessary to pay for it?
When the crap is cut out of the multi bureaucracies smothering Washington, there will be plenty of money without tax increases. He has already said certain bureaucracies will be closed. that will be good news!
