Now that the phrase "Black Lives Matter" has become a familiar part of the daily lexicon, a local educational advocacy group is using it -- albeit with a twist -- in its own fight to ameliorate the stark racial inequities that California's black students face in the classroom.

So a program was established that only offers services and classes to black males. Who is the racist here?
Democrats - Fighting equal protection since 1836.
A whole lot of good that party has done and continues to do for blacks. I always pray someday they will wake up as a people and tell that party to go pound sand.
Fixed!
The biggest problem with black minds is black parents. That’s certainly not all of them but the majority.
They don’t really seem to give a #$^* about their children. Too many just seem to exist for the high, sex, attention, and other stupid and simple worldly bs.
They need to realize that black souls matter. If they had a good spiritual foundation (this does not include evil islam) their morals would follow. Otherwise, as a whole, they will continue to be lost. It will just be more victimhood, threats, violence, waste, etc.
This is a snapshot of a world where liberals have carte blanche and the program is a FAILURE!!!<
This is concrete evidence that liberal policies are destructive, rather than helpful.
The answer is in “The Bell Curve”.
Check out these stats. cde.ca.gov. Whites make up up 25% of the students.
I womder how the high school teachers would respond to this in Oakland and Los Angeles? I bet I already know the answer.
Realistically this is a culture and socioeconomic group that does better in single sex classrooms
#BlackSoulsMatter
8'd much rather see that than the other
"On December 18, 1996 the Oakland Unified School District school board of Oakland, California, United States passed a controversial resolution recognizing the legitimacy of Ebonics what mainstream linguists more commonly term African American Vernacular English (AAVE) as an African language. The resolution set off a firestorm of media criticism and ignited a national debate. For students whose primary language was Ebonics, the Oakland resolution mandated some instruction in this, both for "maintaining the legitimacy and richness of such language... and to facilitate their acquisition and mastery of English language skills." This also included the proposed increase of salaries of those proficient in both Ebonics and Standard English to the level of those teaching limited English proficiency (LEP) students and the use of public funding to help teachers learn AAVE themselves." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oakland_Ebonics_resolution

Sounds like IQ inequalities.
I don’t think the majority of black parents are like that, but way too big a minority are.
If 20 to 30% percent of parents don’t really give a crap about their kids and don’t encourage them in their studies you have a disaster. Their kids have only a long shot at making it in the world. Plus those kids are a bad influence on and are disruptive to the kids with good parents and often drag them down to varying extents.
no, it is genetic
it is the shiftless gene that is responsible
“A whole lot of good that party has done and continues to do for blacks. I always pray someday they will wake up as a people and tell that party to go pound sand.”
Unfortunately, after 4 generations of welfare dependency there will be no waking up.
So they demanding equality by admitting that they are inferior and need special classes.
OK.
I just don’t know how to, nor do I have the energy to keep up with these looneytoon leftist anymore.
Refusing to mention that there is a big IQ difference, and that they don’t do school work.
LBJ said he’d have the blacks voting democrat for 200 years. Only 150 mores years to go. (he actually used the N word but they’re the only ones who can use that now.)
