Clinton Foundation emphasizes transparency (donors, deals shrouded in secrecy)

EDITED EXCERPT-The Clinton Foundation announced last April that federal tax filings did not properly report donations from foreign governments since 2010. The Foundation's maze-like structure includes 11 charitable initiatives, at times incorporated separately, filing separate tax returns.

The Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership founded in 2007 by Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra--a frequent Clinton traveling companion--is said to be funded largely by Giustra w/ donations from wealthy Canadians; it supposedly transferred about $25 million to date to the Clinton Foundation, earmarked for "global anti-poverty efforts for children."

A NYT report examined details of a Russian state-owned company controlling large deposits of global uranium deposits, including US mines... US national security implications compelled approval from govt agencies, including Hillary's State Dept...aides say Hillary did not personally intervene.

The Clinton Foundation disclosed that Ian Telfer, chairman of the uranium company sold to the Russians, donated no more than $250,000 to the Clinton Foundation. But Telfer, through his Canada-based foundation, has reportedly given millions to the Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership.

The Clinton Foundation claims Canadian law does not allow the Clinton-Giustra partnership to follow US disclosure standards...and it would keep its donors secret. Giustra echoed the "secrecy" meme. (NOTE: Canadian govt official have refuted this claim.)

Canadian tax benefits available to Clinton-Giustra donors have been extended to the broader Clinton Foundation. In 2010, the Canadian government allowed Canadians to earn tax breaks at home for donating to the US charity.

The Clinton Foundation is one of only three non-Canadian charities to hold the status.

A spokeswoman for the Canadian agency that grants the status said the country’s laws prohibit explaining why the Clinton Foundation was chosen. “It’s an area that’s shrouded in secrecy. It invites criticism,” said Mark Blumberg, a Toronto lawyer specializing in Canadian charity law.

The muck now surfacing from the greedy Clintons is bad enough---but what they're hiding is the bigger problem.

ITEM--The NY Times reported the "Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership" collected about $33 million US tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept between 2008 and 2013.....$25 million of which was passed back across the border to the US-based Clinton Foundation. Plus---Giustra pledged $100 million to the (cough) Foundation after Clinton helped him clinch the mega-bucks uranium deal.

ITEM---millions of dollars and 1,100 donors are shrouded in mystery in the Canadian Giustra/Clinton operation. The Clinton Foundation signed a “memorandum of understanding” with the Obama White House agreeing to reveal its contributors every year. The agreement stipulates that the “Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative” (as the charity was then-known) is part of the Clinton Foundation and must follow “the same protocols.”

SURPRISE: It hasn’t.

Caught w/ his pants down, Giustra's backtracking like crazy---saying Canada’s federal privacy law "forbids" the Canadian-registered Clinton charity, from revealing its donors. A memo he provided news organs cites “fiduciary obligations” to its contributors and Canada’s Personal Information Privacy and Electronic Disclosure Act. “We are not allowed to disclose even to the Clinton Foundation the names of our donors,” Giustra says.

However, Canadian tax and privacy law experts were dubious of the Clinton/Giustra claims. A former director knowledgeable about tax policy at Canada's Department of Finance, said he wasn't aware of any tax laws that would prevent the Clinton charity from releasing its donors' names. "There's nothing that would preclude them from releasing donors' names. It's entirely up to them."

At first glance, the Clinton’s lucrative speeches and astounding global foundation donations seem to provide the bulk of the couple’s income. Bill's honoraria increased dramatically---earning some $50 million during Hillary's four-year term as secretary of State....including an Irish scholarship fund, a Korean conglomerate, and, a Nigerian newspaper company......each of whom paid Clinton more than half a million dollars for a single speech.

The Wash/Post reports Hillary earned $11.7 million for 51 speeches since Jan 2014.....she pocketed an astonishing $625,000 for two speeches in one day!

==================================================

But the calculated Clintons have also sought to branch out into other business activities......though little is known about the exact nature and financial worth of the Clintons' non-speech business interests.

Recent reports indicate the Clintons were party to multi-billion dollar Mideast arms deals....Kazakhstan uranium mines....and Haitian gold mines...oil pipelines...and other lucrative business interests which they cunningly intertwine w/ their Foundation do-good activities.

The NY Times reported the "Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership" collected about $33 million US tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept between 2008 and 2013.....$25 million of which was passed back across the border to the US-based Clinton Foundation.

Giustra pledged $100 million to the Foundation after Clinton helped clinch the mega-bucks uranium deal launched w/ Giustra cronies.

Clinton and Giustra made a big show of do-goodism in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Secy Hillary supposedly gave $billions of tax dollars to Haiti.

Bill and Canadian mining tycoon Frank Giustra went to Haiti June 2014. That day, the "Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership" launched the Acceso Peanut Enterprise Corp.

But Haitian-American protesters outside the Clinton Foundation claim that American aid to Haiti was a cover-for foreign governments to funnel kickbacks of hundreds of millions of dollars to The Clinton Foundation.

For example, gold mining expert Giustra "gave" the Foundation $100 million....after Bill helped him make billions off uranium deals. Hillary's brother mysteriously got a rare, gold mining license in Haiti (now on hold due to controversy).

===========================================

Giustra donated a whopping $100 million to the Clinton Foundation. Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra is apparently one of the Clinton Foundation’largest donors.

Giustra's contributions go directly (1) to the tax-exempt Clinton Foundation, and, (2) to the Canada-based "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership," which in turn sends money to the Clinton Foundation......(according to Canadian tax records researched by "Clinton Cash" author Schweizer).

It’s organized crime conducted openly with government participation. They barely even try to conceal it anymore. There is no longer a “ controlling legal authority”.

Let’s see those amended tax filings and see if they add up. I’m sure Mr. Hoskins will give his blessing.
