Before everyone jumps on the Limeys from a great height, lets step back a minute.
This is the Foreign Office, and the FO is notorious for this sort of wishy washy nonsense, as is the State Dept in the US.
Lets not forget that the British govt and PM have publicly on many occasions condemned ISIS as evil and psychopathic murderers. Lets not forget that the UK has sent around 200 SAS and SBS elite troops to hunt ISIS commanders and that the UK has also been a major part of the bombing of ISIS.
