Let's face it. When you're doing the dirty work that both parties support, you're going to get away with it.

I'm not surprised. The prosecutor would have to show intent, which is always difficult. The defendant can merely say that it just so happened that some were erroneously scrutinized from others. Without first person testimony, it's a non-starter.

Still, justice not served. The up side, Lerner is disgraced, and will probably be eating in a lowly cafeteria for her life span.

No surprise there. There is no rule of law in this country. The “justice” department is at the service of the fascists in the white house.
As I predicted.

This is more proof we are fully the Soviet Union.

Prosecution is selective based on party and power. Just like the USSR.

Within 10 years, max, the charges will change from these sort of things, to such charges as “Aggravated Opposition to Government Policy”, “Felony Criticism of a Government Official”, and so on.

The next President needs to ignore any Obama pardons and prosecute them anyways. The way things work here in the United States, if a Federal Prosecutor wants you, you will be got, one way or the other.

If you beat one charge, they can file another. If you beat that one, they can file another still. They can keep you on the radar and interpret every thing you do as a violation, and keep filing charges.

The hell you say.

Not only will she be rewarded for being a Good Soldier, she will probably get a very nice University position or some wonderful lobbying gig.

Lying to Congress and backdating Federal papers
to support terrorists (defined by Congress in this case)
is the new ‘Eagle Scout’ behavior.

Because of the Criminal IR”S” and DO”J” abetted
by the complicitly corrupt (Issa, that means YOU) GOP,
America is lost.

Charlotte, NC media hack reported that murder, rape, and property crime was WAY up(as it is in most metro areas in the US)for the second year in a row. The Charlotte city government hacks “couldn’t name a reason for the increase.”

Welcome to anarchy and the dissolution of the civil society folks. The slide will do nothing but gain speed from here on out.

I don’t see how any of us can describe this as a surprise.
It only shows what our government has come to in the hands
of the unscrupulous.

Can we really call it “our” government any more?

I fear for the American experiment.
