Sorry, but it doesn’t look bombed to me, and those are not before and after pictures of the same spot.
Looks to me like there was near miss, at worst. The first picture and the second picture are similar, but not of the same place. Where did the carpet go, if they are the same? If they are the same shot, then someone picked up the valuable carpet before dumping plaster all over the floor.
If it was bombed, the Russians are using very tiny bombs. I call BS.
