That is a satire/humor/fake article.
Then I am extremely embarrassed. I do know that Bush made the comment about it happening on his watch and he was sorry for it.
So I have been punked and will admit it for that article. For that, I am truly very, very sorry.
OK... just have to settle for this apology to the nation from the former Counter-Terrorism Chief about Bush’s mistakes:
