The ADL, which USED TO be a Jewish rights promoting organization, has been nothing but a hard left and dem front group for years. The B’nai Brith actually does some very good charitable work, but I haven’t donated anything to them in years, for the simple reason they’re a hard-core liberal anti-gun group, and the ADL is simply one of their arms.
And the Holocaust Museum is funded by the US government, so they’re not about to go against Obama.
Dr Carson is absolutely right.

Some people have heard of the "Warsaw Ghetto Uprising." Very few know that the Nazi's were forced to bring in the Waffen SS, the elite fighting force of one of the most powerful militarys in the world, to quash the uprising, and could only do so by destroying EVERY BUILDING in the Ghetto.
And still the Waffen SS were held off for a month!
And then, even less well know, there was the Treblinka death-camp uprising...
Nope, Jews with guns are an abomination. That's one of the reasons so many in the USA, especially the current administration, so hate Israel.
They believe that Jews are supposed to simply act like sheep, and follow the leader to the gas chambers. Victims are Jews that liberals like, especially dead Jews.

If not for the possession of firearms, the State of Israel would not exist. And that’s something that leftists who happen to be Jewish by an accident of birth really hate. Of course, that’s also why so many hate it when Israel defends itself.

The JFPO also published an analysis of the (ISA’s) 1968 gun control act, and IIRC, it was based on the 1930s German gun control laws.
I believe that one of the lead authors of the 1968 GCA was stationed in Germany after the war, and had examined those gun control laws.

I'm Jewish, and I don't get them either. I'm the "black-sheep" of my family... Conservative leaning small 'L' libertarian, who likes guns and motorcycles.
I've got a cousin who is the daughter of an ultra-liberal mother, and the acorn didn't fall far from the tree. Even though she married and moved to Israel, she's still extremely liberal, loves Obama (she is still an American citizen and voted for Obama, and would do so again,) and hates Bibi. Needless to say, I don't get her.
I had another cousin who freaked out when she learned I owned guns. She was outraged, and accused me, "You own a gun?!?! Well, I'm never coming over to your house!" My response was, "I don't own a gun. I own 17 guns. And you're not invited to my house!"

One of the things that contributed to the Holocaust was the belief by the Jews who had integrated themselves into Jewish society, been accepted (for the most part) into that society, and even joined the Kaiser’s army, and served & fought honorably during WW I, they could not believe that their country could possibly turn on them.
Germany was the birthplace of Reform Judaism, and many German Jews saw themselves as Germans first, who just happened to be Jewish. They couldn’t believe how their neighbors turned on them.
But Europe has a very long history of anti-semitism, and goes very deep.

Jews, as brave as they were thousands of years ago, just aren’t anymore. Moses would be ashamed.
They worship the State like their ancestors worshiped a certain golden calf. Widespread gun ownership creates a limit on the effective power of the State, and a Statist cannot tolerate that.
ADL is an extension of the Democratic Party, so anything hostile to gun control will be opposed by the ADL.
