If there was going to be a fight for the Nation, it would be waged over here. Everyone, each individual, every person that hates and whose sole and only goal is the destruction of the United States of America is in to one degree or another in a Governmental position of leadership. And one way or another they were put there by the voters.

I disagree with both Trump and Rice:
To Rice: Bergdahl deserted his unit and his fellow soldiers.
To Trump: Bergdahl should be imprisoned, reduced to private E-1 and given a dishonorable discharge after he is released from prison in 3 or 4 decades. I don’t agree with Bergdahl’s execution.

He deserted in the face of the enemy. Men died looking for him. If I were sitting on his Court Martial, I would vote for EXECUTION.
you and the jury first has to decide on his guilt or innocence. And, if guilty then decide on whatever are the sentencing guidelines. If execution is not on the list, you do not have the option of voting for it.
I suspect political “pressures” from Barry’s regime will determine the outcome, not guilt or innocence. His muzzie indonesian comrade will not allow what he really deserves.
Yes, Bergdahl served with “distinction”. He was distinctly worse and had poorer judgement than any other soldier out there. He should be awarded (yes, in the military, they call it being “awarded”) demotion to E-1, loss of all veteran’s benefits, 20 years in Leavenworth at a minimum, and bad conduct discharge IF he ever gets out of prison.
