Border Patrol agents and others operating under the umbrella of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) must now consider not only the sex of the criminal they are detaining, but the “gender identity” of the individual and how they feel and identify. The terms “illegal alien” or even “illegal immigrant” do not appear at all in a new 31-page instruction document. The new rules were published by CBP and according to the agency, “includes language on gender identity, which was not previously included in the individual component policies. Specifically, whenever feasible, officers and agents who conduct a search or are present at a medical examination must be of the same gender, gender identity, or declared gender as the individual being searched.”

Even if those who follow him make a concerted effort to repair the damage Obama has done to our country and our culture, it will take DECADES to root out and address all of the evils, large and small, that he and his vile army have foisted on the United States of America. It has, quite literally, infested every level, every little nook and cranny, of the federal government; and a large portion of our society.

Hmm, how would one determine the sex of the detained person? Would that go something like this: “Which sex do you think you are today?” That is the only question I think would fit the situation.
Some years back when I was working with the Texas Republican Party, I was sending in the credentials of our county's chosen delegates to the state convention. I wondered what information the Texas Democrat Party gathered for their delegates to their state convention.
I went on line and read their paperwork the delegates had to complete. I was stunned. The application said the party would choose “x” amount of straight people, “x” amount of transgender people, and “x” amount gay people. It said they were doing that so there would be a representative group of people in each category. There it was, a place to check which sexual group you were in.
I thought if I had to ask my Republican delegates to tell me what their sexual preference was, I would be stomped to death.
That was a number of years ago, and I haven't checked out their application recently. I should do that next year when it gets close to the state conventions.
Another thought I had at the time: I thought what if a person was a male now, but planed to get the surgery to be a woman before the convention, should that person check “male” or “female” now on the paperwork and what sexual orientation would he/she check?
Today, I'm a woman and I was yesterday and all my life. My body parts are woman parts. Gee, I have known that all my life.

Gender identity - well, that mixed things up. So, if a dude says he identifies as female just to get a femal officer to fondle him then what? Or if a female claims she identifies as male but is (duh) lesbian then who searches it? Either way, the officer will get sued. Or maybe that's the Homo in Chief's plan to squash the BP so they're not able to do anything. Can't shoot. Can't search.
What's the difference between gender identity and declared gender?
And to think that 45% of the country will vote Democrap again.

California now allows you to “declare” your sex. I assume that means birth certificates are no longer good for identity.
