1. Open up on your computer, either NotePad or Texteditor, and start a new file.
2. On the bottom of that post, right-mouse click the number 13 of that comment, and select "Open in a new tab".
3. When that tab opens up, right-mouse click it, and select "View Page Source" or "Source" .
4. When that Source opens up, scroll down it until you find comment name="13".
5. Now highlight the entire comment, then right mouse click it, and select "Copy".
6. Now go to your New File in test editor, or NotePad and right mouse click it, and then go up to your menu bar (normally at the top of your computer, and click edit, and then select "Paste and Match Style" .
7. Now select "File" from the top of your computer and select "Save", and give it a name you can remember like "Bible, God, and Congress" and select WHERE you want that new file saved to; i.e. documents, desktop, etc.
That's it.

After you do that, you can open that file up and copy all of it, and then post it to any comment you choose.
Be sure to preview it, because you may have to do some "trimming" if you copied too much of that comment.
After a few attempts and you finally get it the way you want it, the copy all of that comment and paste it back into your Named TextEditor File or NotePad File, and you'll have a finished comment ready to go at a moment's notice.
