David Jacques, the publisher of the Roseburg Beacon in Roseburg, Oregon, where a maniac killed nine Umpqua College students and teachers last Thursday, issued a bombshell statement about Obamas upcoming visit to the devastated community.
I think the president will not be welcomed into the community and that is not just my opinion, Jacques told FOXs Bill OReilly.
Jacques and other community leaders just dont want Obama coming to their town pushing his gun confiscation agenda.
Well I think the president will not be welcomed into the community. And that is not just my opinion. We talked to dozens upon dozens of citizens, some family members of the victims, our elected officials. And you may have a copy, if you dont Id be glad to read from it on the air that our Douglas County commissioners along with our Douglas County sheriff, who is very popular, and our chief of police all came to consensus language about him not being welcome here to grandstand for political purposes.
He says that many people in the community were extremely offended when Obama held a press conference pushing for more gun control hours after the shooting, before residents had even finished counting the bodies on the campus.
He added, So now he [Obama] wants to come to our community and stand on the corpses of our loved ones to make some kind of a political point, and it isnt going to be well-received.
Conservative Tribune adds:
Nor will he likely be well received by Bonnie Schaan, the mother of victim Cheyenne Fitzgerald, who was shot in the back during the incident but survived.
America, we need to pack guns if this is what its coming to to have to protect ourselves, she said during an interview with NBC.
It sounds like nobody in Roseburg wants President Obama to show up there, because like the rest of us, they recognize that Obama is only interested in scoring political points.
When it comes to the actual victims and their families, well
theyre just collateral damage to him.
Time to run a DNA paternity test?
Time to identify the genomes of these Bad Seed bastards before they go postal and kill innocents!
As a joke I tried to open my eyes to look like a crazy for a photo.. I ruptered my eyelid thingy and everybody said you look normal.
Tom Mauser, of course, was front and center for the cameras.
Those wonderful citizens ought to either change the date of their services or make them private and by invitation only.
We still have the right to assembly.
I didn’t get my point across. Maybe a better sign would be:
NO OBAMA WANTED ZONE.
“As a joke I tried to open my eyes to look like a crazy for a photo.. I ruptured my eyelid thingy and everybody said you look normal.”
Most normal people couldn’t look like these dangerous crazies with a Hollywood Makeup Crew.
“I found other info saying Roseburg airport is 5000 ft. Still to short for a 747.”
Maybe he could macho up and do a Halo Drop in.
I dunno. If someone grabbed you by the balls, REAL HARD, you might come really close.
Corrected.
,,,,, I got your first point OK ,,,,,
I only heard it once on the radio that jug-ears was going to Roseberg but will just meet with the families. I hope they all decline to meet with him (satan that he is).
If he even tries to show up the entire town should turn out and egg his motorcade. And while they are at it they can barricade the roads.
Blockade, YES !
Pretty much every town except Portland/Eugene.
Just like everywhere else.
They can pick them up when they leave.
Always "lob" the egg, like tossing a grenade, arms length and toss it.
If you would like more information about what's happening in Oregon, please FReepmail me.
I lost my Oregon list when my computer crashed last year, so please send me your name by FReepmail if you want to be on this list.
Eugene and Ashland are also lib cities.
The Christians are near Portland....Roseberg is south of Eugene, about 2+ hours south...and a WHOLE ‘nother place
I agree and hypocrisy and manipulation. It made me wretch when he quoted the good book.
