Yes he does, when he does it his way. A pen and a phone. he is coming after them and I bet people are too unaware to be ready for it!

I believe he will do the frog-in-the-slowly-boiling-pot.
He will not do all guns, just a few that are tougher to disagree with like “people who have in mental institutions” or “known child molesters”.
This is incrementalization. In time, he will say “people belonging to radical groups” then name anyone in the NRA as radical.
