Kitchens that are shared between office workers may soon be banned from storing pork products like sausage rolls over fears that they are “offensive”.
New guidelines proposed by interfaith group CoExist House say that employers should consider worker’s religions before allowing ham sandwiches placed in the fridge alongside other products.
The group also suggests that alcohol should not be served at corporate events in case it upsets members of certain faiths.

It’d be offensive to those people who enjoy eating those. Where does one group decide for another? You can’t do this or that because it might offend someone? What about the person being offended that the other person was offended? This whole idea of being offensive is offensive. I for one am offended.

My Hindu coworkers are grossed out by people eating beef. They would never say anything about it though. When I eat with them I do not eat beef. Only a philistine would.

You have GOT to be kidding. If this is real, I suppose that all pork products will soon be removed from grocery stores, as muzzies shop there, and we certainly wouldn’t want them to be offended while buying food, would we!
