Bernie Sanders blazed across the Bay State yesterday, drawing record crowds, name-dropping Elizabeth Warren and greeting rapturous crowds on his first campaign tour of Massachusetts.
“As your senator, Elizabeth Warren, reminds us: This is a rigged economy. Heads, they win. Tails, you lose,” the self-avowed socialist told more than 20,000 Boston supporters. “We’re going to create an economy that works for the middle class and not just the 1 percent.”
The Democratic hopeful first stopped in Springfield, and then made his way to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, where he drew deafening cheers with his signature impassioned pledges to rebuild America’s middle class and fight for free college tuition.

What is his plan to get America working? More civil service jobs? More of the same ole crap we get from the Liberals. They represent the people at the peoples expense and laugh all the way to the bank.
The fact that an old white male northeastern socialist politician can attract so much support, shows how stupid many Americans are.
As best I can tell Sanders has visted less than 10 states, all of them deep blue except perhaps VA where he spoke at Liberty. The cities in question are even more blue, home to the kind of leftist madness from which business flee screaming.
Guess what? If the Allman Brothers played Atlanta every night they would be guaranteed a crowd too.
Sanders drawing commies in commie strongholds is a huge non-story except, perhaps to demonstrate the danger we face from the ignorant, lazy and envious and to demonstrate that Hillary is a figment of the media’s imagination.
He sounds like he’s trying to attract the middle class voters. Hey — NEWSFLASH — the socialists hate the bourgeoisie. Always have.
I have several nieces, nephews who are die hard "Bern" supporters...
Everytime they post an glowing article on facebook about their candidate, I ask them "how is Bernie going to breach the southern wall of conservative states ?"
Not once have I gotten a response...
Mason City, Iowa, is a ‘commie stronghold’? Who knew?
There seems to be no limit on the number of socialists and liberals in New England: a growing, influential part of the “new state”.
Alright, I overlooked Iowa but it’s a bit of a hothouse due to its timetable i.e. all candidates go there and talk to anyone and everyone including the cigar store Indians.
The ‘go to see Bernie crowds’ are largely still on the coasts and in certain pockets whereas ‘Bernie goes to see crowds’ are primary states.
What New England needs is a huge influx of illegal aliens. We’ll see how long they remain liberal. Lefties are always for the underdog until they’re forced to live next door to them.
I’ll be impressed when Bernie packs them in when he goes to Mississippi.
US citizens are demanding change, and the DC crowd still behaves like we're the problem.
