FRANKLIN, Tennessee — GOP frontrunner Donald Trump offered a ringing defense of gun rights and the Second Amendment to an enthusiastic standing-room-only crowd of 3,000 Tennesseans on Saturday. An overflowing audience of an additional 1,000 stood outside The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee in the drizzling rain as they listened to the rally on speakers.
It was a huge turnout for Trump, whose campaign team announced the event less than 72 hours earlier.
“I’m a very, very big 2nd Amendment person,” Trump told the crowd. “It’s very important to me.”

Trump’s playing the right tune. If places like that school and other sites of shooting by madmen could be more easily guarded, there would not BE as many successful madman attacks.

Great speech. You can tell he’s a quick study. The foreign policy/Bergdol/Syria migration/illegal immigration/2nd Amendment parts were awesome. Only wish he would limit the talk about polls.

I heard Trump has a license to carry. He should open his suit coat at one of his speeches and show everyone he’s carrying. The place would go nuts.
I’d imagine he packs a piece of heat beyond the financial reach of the ordinary citizen.
