Note post 80, you’re largely correct. I’m sure they were captured in North Africa. But in general the number was small, and they were persecuted in the name of racial purity. I lived in Denver, Colorado for a time, and there was a big riot by the blacks, there was also a lot of white supremacists there also...so down Leetsdale Drive the blacks came marching...someone tips them off and for over a week you didn't see a black person anywhere...
